Various publishers & editions–Vol. 1 & 4 published by ESM Publishers (vol. 1 is a fourth printing from 1986, vol. 4 is a first edition from 1993), Vols. 2 & 3 published by Silk King Studios (vol. 2 is a second printing from 1966, vol. 3 is a first edition from 1962). Cloth hardcovers, vol. 1 is lacking a dust jacket, vols. 2-4 with dust jackets, illustrated, clean unmarked text, Very Good to Near Fine copies in Good to Very Good dust jackets, age-toning to some pages and page-edges, soiling to some of the dust jackets, dust jackets with varying amounts of rubbing and wear including creasing, tearing, and some loss. Uncommon with all 4 vols. together like this. Near Fine / very good.
