Vol 3

This treatise has touched upon every type of trick slate extant and with Volume IV, it is hoped that the series will be complete and the reader's curiosity as to •slate wizardry will have been satiated.
Magicians have done well in developing slate magic. They have surpassed in wizardry and trickery the wildest ex pectations of the mediums. The workmanship employed in the imnuf'acture of trick slates for magicians has been tops so that it becomes a pleasure in the presentation of the art.
The original intent or the author to present new ideas in slate magic has been persued. However in order to present these new ideas it has been necessary to air out the older ones.
Volume IV will have a chapter on •Fabulous Trick Slates' which will touch on the 5in1 slate, The Slate of Fate, The Sardina ~late, to round off the study on slates.

Part IV of Master Slate Secrets completes the intended series on slates.
It is tre hope or the author that the reader
has enjoyed reading about slate magic as much as
the author has enjoyed writing about it.
Slate magic is a vibrating thing that seems
to grow as time passes. New methods will be dis covered and invented in the future just like in any other field of thought.
After studying the four parts or this series, the reader can be sure that he is well informed
in the art or slate magic. The series does not cover all of the great ideas that have appear in print through the years as that would talce a great deal more time, research and expence. However, the meat of all the great ideas of the art are here
re presented •
One effects could not be written and inclu
ded since the copyrights are still valid. However the student and the collector have access to these ideas as most of them are sold through dealers.
